WoW Herbalism Guide (Alliance) 1-75

For new Alliance characters, you will discover Peacebloom and Silverleaf all over the new areas. You can find lots of herbs in the new areas, however if you are just trying to level the best places is Elwynn Forest. There is ample room and open areas to discover herbs

WoW Herbalism Guide (Horde) 1-75
New Horde characters can find lots of new herbs throughlout new areas. The area around Thunder Bluff is expansive, and the optimum place to find herbs quickly is Silverpine Forest, outside of Undercity. The area is smaller and has lots of herbs to grow your skill level.

WoW Herbalism Guide Level 75 – 150
For both Horde and Alliance, the ptimum place to level after reaching 75 is the Barrens. If you are Alliance, the Barrens is Horde territory, so you will be red to them. You are also able to farm herbs in Westfall which is a safer route because it is Alliance territory.

WoW Herbalism Guide Level 150-225
There are lots of areas to disover herbs at this level. Wetlands is a neutral area that had lots of PVP before the expansion packs. It is now more quiet and is a super place to find herbs. You can find herbs in the Arathi Highlands area near the farms, as well as in the mountainous areas surrounding the zone. Arathi Highlands has plenty of PVP, so stay on the alert to protect your stash.

WoW Herbalism Guide Level 225-300
Feralas is an incredible area to find herbs. If you are a lower level, make sure to stay away from the Dire Maul area. It is a level 60 instance although the Feralas area is a 50ish zone.
After reaching herbalism 250, the Plaguelands are great areas to reach 300. It is a quiet zone even though it is PVP. You can find plenty of good herbs that you can use in potions or sell for gold at the auction house.

WoW Herbalism Guide Level 300-375
Level 300 reaches the expansion pack skill. Spending some time in Hellfire Peninsula is the best area for collecting herbs. After reaching about 330, head to Zangarmarsh, Terrokar, and Nagrand for the best variety and plenty amounts of herb nodes to farm.

WoW Herbalism Guide Level 375 – 450
Herbalism at this level has a lot of PVP since the expansion pack. You can start farming quickly by farming in the starting areas for Alliance and Horde such as Howling Fjord and Borean Tundra.
After spending some time in those areas, you can head to Icecrown and Storm Peaks to find herbs for raid pots and flasks.
